Returns/Exchange Policy

 

Our team puts in a lot of efforts in fulfilling your order; each product is created with hard work, inspected thoroughly for defects and packaged with love before sending it out to you. However sometimes things don’t work out and in that case we are happy to help you out.

If you'd like to exchange or return the product, please write to us at support@travalate.co.in with your order number and reason for return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will get back to you with the return/exchange procedure.
Exchanges or returns will only be processed after discussion on email. Any product sent to our store without prior discussion on mail will not be accepted and would have to be picked up by the customer.

RETURN

  • Kindly ensure that the product you return is unused with the original tags intact. 
  • We offer reverse pick-up services. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  • Make a video of the product while handing it over to courier so that we could make sure you sent the correct product in case of any discrepancy during quality check.
  • Once we receive the product, our Quality Check team will inspect it for any signs of wear and tear, following which we will process your refund. 
  • Some product descriptions may contain information regarding exchange/return policy, which will be applicable for that particular product. 
  • Customized products and products purchased using credit notes will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.
  • Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.

 

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns. 

 

EXCHANGES

A product is eligible for exchange only if you receive a defected or wrong item.

 

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

  • In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. 
  • Take a Video of the items while packing.
  • All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
  • If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours.
  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us on Whatsapp at +916358606060 or mail us at support@travalate.co.in with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
